Milan—The One Atelier said on April 27 that it has launched The One Capital, a blockchain-based platform focused on tokenisation structures for early-stage branded real estate development.
The company said the platform will focus on selected branded residential projects and apply tokenised real-world asset, or RWA, structures to support development financing during pre-launch and early project phases.
The launch follows The One Atelier’s involvement in branded residential projects associated with lifestyle and design brands including Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi Casa, ETRO, Armani Casa, ELLE and Dolce & Gabbana.
Branded residences have become a growing segment of the global real estate market. Savills has reported that branded residences can command average price premiums of up to 33 percent over comparable non-branded properties, while the number of branded residential schemes globally is expected to continue expanding.
The One Capital said its platform is designed to provide structured capital solutions for developers at earlier stages of the project lifecycle. The company said the model is intended to support early cash flow, project planning and financing structures, while applying governance and compliance frameworks.
Michele Galli, CEO of The One Atelier, said The One Capital extends the company’s existing work in early-stage branded real estate projects, where decisions around brand alignment, positioning and design can affect long-term value.
Gabriele Carusi, Managing Director at The One Capital, said the platform aims to bring branded residences into the developing real estate tokenisation market by creating a framework for early-stage project structuring.
The company said the platform will use blockchain infrastructure to represent selected assets digitally and provide traceability across tokenised real-world asset structures. It added that any future offering will be subject to applicable laws, regulatory approvals and formal documentation.
The One Capital said further details will be announced in the coming months.
