Netmarble announced on June 8 that its upcoming action RPG Solo Leveling: KARMA, currently in development by Netmarble Neo, will be showcased at Anime Expo 2026, one of the world's largest anime and pop culture conventions.
The event will take place from July 2 to July 5 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California.
Under the theme “Solo Leveling: KARMA – Expanding Universe,” Netmarble will host a special presentation featuring members of the development team alongside Aleks Le, the English voice actor for protagonist Sung Jinwoo. The session is scheduled to be held at the JW Marriott Diamond Ballroom on July 4 local time.
The presentation will offer attendees a closer look at the game, including newly updated gameplay footage, previously unrevealed characters, and behind-the-scenes stories from the development process. The showcase marks one of the most significant public updates since the title was first introduced at G-STAR 2025.
Netmarble will also hold several fan-focused activities during the event. Limited-edition posters signed by Aleks Le will be distributed to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis, while a live Q&A session will give fans an opportunity to hear directly from the developers and voice actor.
In addition, the company is running a social media campaign through its official X account to celebrate its participation in Anime Expo. Participants who follow the account and engage with the event post between June 8 and June 14 will have a chance to win four-day passes to the convention.
Solo Leveling: KARMA is a roguelite action RPG being developed for both mobile and PC platforms. Based on the globally popular Solo Leveling anime and web novel franchise, the game explores a previously untold chapter of Sung Jinwoo's story.
The title centers on the 27 years Jinwoo spent fighting monarchs within a dimensional rift after using the “Cup of Reincarnation,” expanding on narrative elements that were only briefly referenced in the original work.
Industry observers view Anime Expo as an important platform for reaching global anime and gaming audiences. With the Solo Leveling franchise continuing to enjoy strong international popularity, Netmarble is expected to use the event to build momentum ahead of the game's future launch.
