KCC Silicone is exhibiting next‑generation silicone‑based beauty materials at in‑cosmetics Asia 2025, held from May 4–6 at BITEC in Bangkok. The event, the largest personal‑care and cosmetic ingredients show in Asia, draws some 700 global companies each year.
At the show, KCC Silicone introduced SeraSense® SS15 (Polysilicone‑15), a new UV‑protective ingredient designed to reduce sun‑induced skin damage and minimize color changes in formulations. The company says the material is suitable for sun‑care products and can also be used in color cosmetics.
KCC Silicone also showcased its core personal‑care lineup. SeraSilk® PDA 90, a matte gel type, evenly disperses silica powder to leave skin looking smooth and soft. SeraSense® AG 21 is positioned for foundations, lip and eye products to add subtle sheen and long‑lasting color. In sun‑care, SeraSoft® SW 74 and SeraSilk® EL 31 are presented as performance‑and‑feel enhancers that boost UV protection and sensory attributes. The SeraShine® QSE series for hair care offers easy detangling and glossy conditioning on both wet and dry hair.
Beyond the showcased products, KCC Silicones says it will continue to roll out high‑performance innovations driven by creativity and technical expertise, and expand a portfolio that responds to market demands such as eco‑friendliness and microplastic‑free formulations. The company aims to broaden the applications of silicone materials to shape new directions in the beauty industry and pursue sustainable growth in global markets through technology‑led innovation and tailored customer solutions.
