Netmarble is stepping up its presence in Japan with three upcoming titles at Tokyo Game Show 2026, combining hands-on gameplay with live events featuring popular streamers, voice actors and Japanese celebrities.

The Korean game publisher said Sept. 11 that it will showcase “Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Strongest,” “Solo Leveling: KARMA” and “Pearl in Blue” at the event, which runs from Sept. 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

Rather than relying solely on traditional game demonstrations, Netmarble is planning a series of interactive programs designed to bring its new titles closer to local players. The lineup includes playable demos, developer presentations, cosplay shows and live gameplay challenges involving well-known Japanese streamers.

“Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Strongest” is expected to be one of the main attractions, as Netmarble will offer its first playable demo of the title at TGS 2026.

A media presentation scheduled for Sept. 17 will feature Kim Kyung-ryul, development PD at Netmarble Nexus, and Yamato Yamashita, head of the business division at Netmarble Japan. They will introduce the latest details of the game.

Japanese cosplayer Enako will also appear as a special guest. Beginning Sept. 18, Enako and Ami Minami will take the roles of Oikatsucho and Arthur Pencilgon, respectively, in daily cosplay performances alongside Sunraku.

The title will also receive a boost from the participation of prominent streamers, including SHAKA and SPYGEA. They will take on live gameplay challenges and attempt to defeat bosses on stage, giving visitors an opportunity to see the game in action.

Netmarble has also opened pre-registration for “Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Strongest” in Japan, marking another step toward building anticipation ahead of its launch.

“Solo Leveling: KARMA” will host its own media showcase on Sept. 17. Jin Seong-geon, development PD at Netmarble Neo, will introduce the game, followed by a special appearance by actor Kanata Hongo.

Hongo will discuss the game’s world and appeal during a talk session and take part in a photo session. On Sept. 20, voice actor Taito Ban, who voices Sung Jinwoo, will join popular streamers k4sen and Bodoka for a three-way time attack battle.

The event will pit the participants against one another as they attempt to clear the game in the shortest possible time. Cosplayers Iori Moe and Manaso will also appear in a dedicated cosplay show.

Netmarble’s third showcase title, “Pearl in Blue,” will feature a combination of developers, Japanese entertainment figures and its main voice cast.

On Sept. 17, Hyun-jun Jung, development PD at Netmarble N2, will take the stage with Yusuke Inoue of popular Japanese comedy duo NON STYLE and freelance writer Gemuboku to introduce the game’s world, characters and key features.

From Sept. 18, the company will host daily voice-actor talk shows featuring Taehou Housen and Yurina Kikuchi, along with cosplay events featuring Japanese cosplayers such as Umi Shinonome and Shiori Yamamoto.

The final day of TGS will feature a “Dark Knight” drawing stage involving popular virtual YouTuber Inuyama Tamaki and other guests.

Netmarble has also released a concept trailer for “Pearl in Blue” through its dedicated TGS 2026 website. The video focuses on the game’s central themes of pearls and knights while offering a closer look at its fictional world and key characters.

The publisher will provide playable demos of all three titles throughout the event.

The strategy reflects Netmarble’s growing emphasis on direct engagement with Japanese players. By combining recognizable intellectual properties with hands-on gameplay and live entertainment, the company aims to generate stronger interest in its upcoming releases and turn the Tokyo Game Show into a platform for building momentum ahead of launch.

The lineup is also expected to attract attention from local gamers familiar with the original IPs, while the involvement of major streamers and performers could help expand discussion of the games beyond the exhibition floor.
