Coreline Soft’s AI-based brain imaging solution AVIEW NeuroCAD has surpassed 50,000 cumulative uses, reflecting growing adoption of medical AI in clinical practice.
The company said usage has increased rapidly since entering the non-reimbursed market, with an additional 20,000 cases recorded in about six months following the 30,000 milestone reached in October last year. The steady quarterly growth indicates expanding utilization across healthcare institutions.
The milestone is seen as a sign that medical AI solutions are moving beyond initial adoption and becoming routinely used in real clinical settings. In particular, continued growth in non-reimbursed and selectively reimbursed segments suggests increasing demand and practical utility within hospitals.
In the first half of this year, marking its second year since launch, NeuroCAD accounted for more than 10% of Coreline Soft’s domestic revenue, emerging as a key revenue driver. The stabilization of reimbursement pathways following its designation as an innovative medical device has supported both voluntary adoption and increased real-world usage.
The role of medical AI is also evolving. Beyond improving diagnostic accuracy, it is increasingly being positioned as an operational tool that shortens the time between diagnosis and treatment. In some hospitals, AI analysis results are delivered immediately after CT scans, enabling earlier treatment preparation.
Coreline Soft plans to expand the application of NeuroCAD to additional conditions such as aortic dissection and pulmonary embolism, strengthening its presence in emergency care settings.
The company is also transitioning from a one-time licensing model to a subscription-based SaaS structure. The share of SaaS revenue is expected to reach around 45% in 2025 and exceed 50% in 2026.
