Anyflo announced its emergence from stealth and the acquisition of blockchain developer Native in Singapore on October 8, outlining plans to simplify stablecoin payments for enterprises. Incubated at Mysten Labs, an initial contributor to the Sui blockchain, the startup is developing a platform to coordinate payments across multiple blockchain networks. Mysten Labs has also invested $1 million in the company. Financial terms of the Native acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded and led by Lola Oyelayo-Pearson, formerly general manager of product at Mysten Labs, Anyflo aims to manage the blockchain connections, liquidity and transaction routing needed for stablecoin payments. Its target customers include marketplaces, neobanks and payroll providers integrating payments into their own products. The platform is intended to let these businesses access stablecoins across networks without building and managing each connection themselves.
The acquisition brings Native’s engineering team and cross-chain intellectual property into Anyflo. According to the announcement, Native raised approximately $2 million before the acquisition and developed a Bitcoin lending platform on Sui. It also ranked among the top five of 630 projects in Sui Overflow 2025. Native co-founder Robert Zaremba and his team will contribute their blockchain infrastructure expertise to Anyflo’s development.
Oyelayo-Pearson, whose product background includes Shopify Money and Capital One, said businesses are primarily seeking lower money-transfer costs, stronger margins and better customer experiences. She described Anyflo’s role as making blockchain-based payment infrastructure useful to those business objectives while reducing the technical complexity involved.
Anyflo plans to begin private alpha testing in October, followed by a production preview and the onboarding of liquidity providers. A beta release is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The announcement did not provide customer adoption figures or measured results for payment costs and settlement times.
Mysten Labs President Kevin Boon said Oyelayo-Pearson and the Native team are addressing the practical challenge of enabling businesses to use blockchain-based payments without becoming blockchain specialists. Mysten’s support combines incubation and investment with technical expertise from its work on Sui.
Anyflo’s planned service focuses on the infrastructure connecting enterprises to stablecoin payment networks. As development progresses, its ability to translate that integration into measurable improvements in cost, reliability and payment processing will be central to assessing its business value.
