LG Household & Health Care (LG H&H) has launched the first product released under its LG Pra.L brand since acquiring the line: the LG Pra.L Superfoam Galvanic Booster, now available in the United States — the world’s largest beauty market.
Weighing just 47 grams, the Superfoam Galvanic Booster is designed for easy portability and everyday use. It employs galvanic technology optimized to enhance penetration of active ingredients, increasing skincare absorption by up to 182%.
Since early October, LG H&H has begun selling the device on Amazon, the largest U.S. e-commerce platform, and on TikTok Shop, a rapidly growing sales channel. Marketing in the U.S. targets consumers such as Gen Z and millennials who prefer compact beauty devices, busy professionals, and parents seeking frequent, convenient skincare in daily life.
The product has received a strong reception, ranking No. 1 in Amazon’s “Hot New Releases” for wrinkles & anti-aging devices during the third week after its Amazon debut.
U.S. Olympic gymnastics gold medalist Sunisa (Suni) Lee has been named a local ambassador. In a recent TikTok clip, Lee said she carries the Superfoam Galvanic Booster in her handbag or while traveling and that using it for one minute on each area of the face can make a skincare routine more effective.
An LG H&H representative noted that despite a reasonable price point of $79, the device delivers a differentiated user experience comparable to higher-priced products, generating high satisfaction among U.S. customers. “With LG’s distinctive technology, we aim to lead trends in the U.S., the birthplace of beauty,” the company said.
