SK AX has unveiled a new integrated brand, “AXgenticWire,” aimed at accelerating enterprise transformation through agentic AI, the company announced on March 19.
AXgenticWire combines “agentic AI”—AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and execution—with the concept of “rewiring” enterprise structures. The initiative is designed to fundamentally transform how businesses operate by enabling AI to optimize decision-making and operations across organizations.
As generative AI technologies rapidly advance, the use of AI agents to automate specific tasks has grown significantly. However, companies are increasingly recognizing the need for an integrated system that can orchestrate collaboration among multiple AI agents while ensuring stable and efficient enterprise-wide operations. While individual AI deployments may improve task-level efficiency, they do not necessarily translate into overall productivity gains across the organization.
To address this challenge, SK AX is introducing a multi-agent operational environment based on “AI-readable data”—structured data that AI models can immediately understand and process. Within this framework, multiple AI agents can collaborate to perform reasoning, decision-making, and execution tasks.
In addition, SK AX is leveraging its accumulated expertise in AI Ops (AI for IT Operations) to provide a stable and tailored operational foundation for enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
According to the company, the core value of AXgenticWire lies in orchestration—optimizing enterprise-wide operations rather than focusing on isolated efficiency gains from individual AI agents. The platform is expected to help companies reduce costs, enhance operational stability, and strengthen data security and governance.
Industry observers are paying close attention to the launch, as it signals a broader shift from basic AI adoption to agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and execution. In particular, SK AX’s ability to coordinate multiple AI agents without conflict is seen as a key competitive advantage in achieving enterprise-wide optimization.
The company’s agentic AI technology is already being applied in supply chain management (SCM) operations at leading global manufacturing companies. Previously, data scattered across multiple systems had to be manually collected and analyzed to establish production plans. Under the agentic AI framework, however, real-time data integration enables immediate demand and inventory analysis, significantly reducing the time required for production planning.
When issues such as demand fluctuations or inventory shortages arise, AI agents collaborate to identify root causes and propose solutions, accelerating decision-making for production adjustments. This enables companies to respond more flexibly to real-time supply chain challenges.
Experts predict that the gap between companies prepared for the agentic AI era and those that are not will continue to widen. According to global consulting firms, companies that restructure operations with agentic AI are expected to achieve significantly higher productivity gains, with approximately double the revenue growth and over 40% cost reduction compared to their peers.
Cha Ji-won, Chief AI Innovation Officer (CAIO) at SK AX, emphasized that in the agentic AI era, competitiveness will depend not only on AI model performance but also on the ability to integrate AI decision-making into real business operations. He added that under the AXgenticWire brand, SK AX aims to expand a proven end-to-end enterprise AI full-stack execution system to maximize decision-making efficiency and operational performance across industries.
