Coreline Soft announced on December 5 that it unveiled a fully integrated AI workflow for lung cancer screening using low-dose chest CT (LDCT) at this year’s RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) meeting.

In collaboration with Incepto Medical, the company showcased an end-to-end AI workflow that automates detection, quantitative analysis, and structured reporting in a single pathway for LDCT-based lung cancer screening. Working with Infinitt North America (INA), Coreline Soft also demonstrated a “zero-click” reading setup in which AI results are automatically presented within the radiologist’s reading environment, driving real-world gains in time and cost efficiency.

Powered by more than 2.5 million accumulated global cases, AVIEW has established itself as a comprehensive chest disease management solution capable of simultaneously supporting lung cancer, COPD, and coronary artery calcification assessment with a single CT exam. Over the past six months, several U.S. radiology groups and lung cancer screening centers have been actively evaluating AVIEW LCS Plus, while collaboration on new products linked to reimbursement codes is also underway.

U.S. institutions, in particular, are prioritizing VDT-based risk stratification and multi-site quality control, indicating a growing need for AI that extends beyond nodule detection to follow-up management, reporting, and multi-disease analysis.

RSNA 2024 highlighted a clear shift in AI competition, moving away from standalone algorithms toward integrated platforms optimized for end-to-end clinical operations. Coreline Soft is delivering a “zero-friction” AI adoption experience through full integration with global standard infrastructures such as Microsoft reporting systems and INA PACS, allowing hospitals to deploy AI seamlessly within existing workflows.

Leveraging its collaboration with the Temple Lung Center, the company is strengthening a value-based sales strategy anchored in measurable improvements such as enhanced diagnostic accuracy, better patient flow, and increased institutional revenue.

“AVIEW is evolving from simply detecting nodules into a chest AI copilot that enhances diagnostic capability,” a Coreline Soft representative said. “With an ecosystem-driven platform strategy designed for natural clinical integration, we will accelerate global expansion, including growth in the U.S. market.”
