NEAR’s near.com app said in San Francisco on September 22, 2026, that it had integrated Ondo Finance’s tokenized U.S. stock and exchange-traded fund products. Eligible users can access them through the same account they use for supported digital assets, without opening a separate brokerage account, the companies said. The products provide economic exposure to securities; their holders do not own the underlying shares or receive the rights attached to them.

The selection includes products linked to NVIDIA, Tesla and Apple shares, as well as the QQQ exchange-traded fund. Users can fund transactions with supported assets, including USDC and bitcoin, held across more than 30 networks, according to the announcement. NEAR Intents, the technology handling cross-chain routing and execution, is designed to complete those transactions within the near.com account.

Alex Shevchenko, chief executive of NEAR Intents developer Defuse Labs, said the partnership was intended to bring traditional market exposure into an account used for digital assets. Ondo’s head of ecosystem, Armand Khatri, said users could reach the tokenized products from networks where they already hold funds. The companies also said transaction steps are confidential by default, although the release does not specify what transaction information remains visible to service providers or other parties.

Access is subject to eligibility and local restrictions. Ondo’s tokenized stocks and ETFs are unavailable in the United States, to U.S. persons, in Canada and in other prohibited jurisdictions, according to the release. The integration therefore does not offer general access to U.S. equities for every near.com user.

Ondo said the assets would also be available to participating wallets and applications using NEAR Intents, subject to the same restrictions. The partnership illustrates how crypto platforms are adding exposure to conventional markets within existing accounts. For users, the distinction between a tokenized product and direct share ownership—and the terms governing redemption, fees and investor protections—remains central to assessing that access.
