Schwyz, Switzerland – SYMERA announced the launch of WESUITE, a consumer engagement platform designed to help organizations influence and measure customer behavior by combining behavioral science, gamification, artificial intelligence, and distributed ledger technology.
WESUITE is positioned as a response to increasingly competitive direct-to-consumer markets, where companies often focus on pricing and promotions rather than customer experience. SYMERA said the platform is intended to help organizations design engagement strategies based on how consumers actually think, feel, and behave, with the goal of improving interaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
The platform provides an end-to-end system that allows enterprises to design, deploy, and scale gamified engagement programs. These include quests, journeys, loyalty mechanics, and reward structures, supported by tokenized incentives built on Hedera’s distributed ledger technology (DLT). By integrating token management into the platform, organizations can manage rewards and incentives alongside traditional engagement tools.
WESUITE combines several components into a single system, including a real-time gamification engine, an on-chain token design studio, and an AI-driven analytics hub. According to SYMERA, consumer interaction data is analyzed in real time to generate measurable insights into behavior, allowing organizations to adjust engagement strategies with greater predictability. The platform also incorporates secure consumer wallets, self-sovereign identity management, and token governance features.
In addition, WESUITE supports Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) technology to enable precise, real-time location data. This capability is designed to support location-based engagement experiences both in-home and at physical venues, such as retail spaces and sports arenas.

SYMERA said WESUITE is intended for use across sectors including television and media, live sports venues, retail, and fan engagement, where customer interaction and loyalty are closely tied to business performance. The company stated that the platform can be deployed as a plug-and-play SaaS solution, requiring relatively low upfront investment and allowing faster implementation compared with traditional IT infrastructure projects.
As part of the launch, SYMERA is working with The Hashgraph Group to integrate Hedera’s DLT network into WESUITE. Hedera is governed by a council of global enterprises spanning technology, telecommunications, and financial services, and is positioned as an enterprise-grade public ledger focused on security, performance, and trust.
SYMERA and The Hashgraph Group said the collaboration reflects growing interest among enterprises in combining Web3 infrastructure with data-driven and behavior-led engagement models, particularly as organizations seek more measurable and scalable approaches to consumer interaction.
