December 16, 2025 — CONX, a global blockchain Layer 1 mainnet, announced the launch of a new project called CONX Arena, an on-chain competition platform that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and real-world assets (RWA) to transform the creation and monetization of derivative content.

CONX Arena is designed as an open competition-based platform where creators can produce AI-assisted derivative works based on original intellectual property (IP). By combining IP-based RWA with AI technologies, the platform introduces a scalable foundation model that redefines how creative works are produced, owned, and monetized. All processes, from creation to profit distribution, are executed entirely on-chain, aiming to bring structural innovation to the derivative content ecosystem.

The first initiative under CONX Arena is Nom Arena, a global game jam program co-hosted with Com2uS Holdings, a leading international game publisher and a core partner within the CONX ecosystem. During the program, Com2uS Holdings will fully open the usage rights to its flagship IP, NOM, allowing creators worldwide to freely reinterpret and develop derivative game content based on the original title.

Participants are required to submit a game development proposal and a demo video using the NOM IP. To encourage creative experimentation, development is permitted across all platforms, including mobile, PC, web, and mini-app formats. The use of AI tools is strongly encouraged. Registration for Nom Arena is open until January 4, with detailed participation guidelines available on the CONX Arena website.

Nom Arena offers a total prize pool equivalent to USD 10,000 in CONX ($XPLA) tokens. The team selected as the Arena Champion will receive a guaranteed selection reward valued at USD 1,000. As the project progresses toward its official launch, the final prize pool will expand to USD 8,000. In addition, operational profits generated after launch will be distributed transparently among IP creators, AI model developers, and secondary creators.

To support a transparent and trust-based revenue-sharing structure, Com2uS Holdings introduced a new automated settlement standard called ODL (On-chain Distribution License). ODL is a programmable licensing and accounting protocol that embeds multi-party royalty distribution agreements directly into smart contracts within a Web3 environment. Contract participants receive tokenized royalty rights, and when profits are generated, revenues are automatically calculated based on predefined ratios and transferred instantly to each participant’s CONX wallet.

By eliminating complex reconciliation and billing processes, ODL establishes a standardized on-chain framework that enables faster, more transparent, and verifiable revenue distribution among multiple stakeholders.

CONX, a Layer 1 blockchain with participation from global Web3 companies, is positioning itself as next-generation fintech infrastructure. The network aims to build an ecosystem that allows traditional financial institutions, cultural industries, and technology companies to securely migrate real-world assets onto the blockchain.
