Genesis is highlighting its expanding brand vision and innovation strategy by unveiling high-performance luxury models at the 2026 World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
Genesis announced that it will display the GV60 Magma and the GMR-001 Hypercar at the Ameron Hotel in Davos, Switzerland, from January 19 to 23, during the annual WEF meeting.
The World Economic Forum brings together global leaders from government, business, academia, and civil society to discuss major international issues and explore pathways for cooperation on global economic and social challenges.
Under the exhibition concept “Dynamic Dialogue – Two Vibes. One Switch,” Genesis presents two vehicles developed for different purposes but united by the brand’s “Magma” philosophy of luxury performance. The exhibition visually conveys the shared brand DNA linking the GV60 Magma and the GMR-001 Hypercar.
The GV60 Magma, Genesis’ first high-performance production model, combines advanced driving performance with refined design, reflecting the brand’s ambition to further establish itself as a true luxury marque.
The GMR-001 Hypercar is a design model representing the vehicle that will be fielded by the Genesis Magma Racing team in competitive motorsports starting this year. It symbolizes Genesis’ entry into motorsports and its long-term commitment to performance engineering and racing innovation.
Through the Davos exhibition, Genesis aims to communicate its future strategy and innovation direction centered on the Magma performance philosophy to a global audience.
Genesis has consistently participated in the World Economic Forum since 2023, using the occasion to showcase both concept and production models. In 2023, the brand unveiled the Genesis X concept, presenting its vision for future luxury design. In 2024, it introduced the Genesis X Snow Speedium Concept, inspired by Davos’ winter environment, followed last year by the GV60 Multi-Purpose Off-Road Concept designed for driving in mountainous, snowy conditions.
