Doosan Robotics is showcasing a range of intelligent automation solutions, including the world premiere of its AI-powered palletizing system, PalletizHD+, at Automate 2026, North America's largest automation and robotics exhibition.
The exhibition, taking place from June 22 to 25 in Chicago, brings together more than 1,000 global companies to present the latest advancements in robotics, industrial AI, machine vision and smart manufacturing technologies.
At the center of Doosan Robotics' showcase is PalletizHD+, an integrated palletizing solution that combines hardware, software and user applications on the company's proprietary operating system, PalletizOS. The system incorporates Doosan's robotics expertise and years of automation know-how to deliver a highly efficient end-to-end palletizing platform.
The solution's key advantage lies in its high-speed performance. Equipped with AI-based pattern generation and the company's proprietary Swift Move technology, which optimizes robot motion paths before operations begin, PalletizHD+ can process up to 11 boxes per minute. Depending on operational settings, the system can also handle multiple boxes simultaneously, enabling customers to increase throughput and shorten return-on-investment periods for automation projects.
User convenience has also been significantly enhanced. Through an intuitive smartphone-like interface, operators can manage box information, pallet conditions, loading patterns and system status on a single screen. By simply entering basic parameters such as box dimensions and pallet specifications, the AI automatically generates optimal stacking patterns.
Doosan Robotics is also introducing Scan&Go 2.0, an upgraded version of the solution first unveiled at CES 2026. The platform integrates physics-informed AI and advanced 3D vision technology, enabling robotic arms to autonomously perform complex tasks.
At Automate 2026, the company is demonstrating Scan&Go 2.0 through sanding and welding applications, highlighting its ability to adapt to diverse industrial environments and execute tasks with greater precision and flexibility.
In addition, Doosan Robotics is exhibiting a range of End-of-Line (EOL) automation solutions covering palletizing, box assembly and packaging processes, as well as robotics education kits designed to support workforce training and skills development.
"This exhibition demonstrates that Doosan Robotics is expanding beyond collaborative robot manufacturing into intelligent automation solutions that cover entire production processes, from palletizing to sanding, welding and end-of-line automation," said Kim Min-pyo, CEO of Doosan Robotics. "We will continue to integrate AI into real industrial settings and develop solutions that allow customers to immediately experience improvements in productivity and efficiency."
As part of its global expansion strategy, Doosan Robotics recently merged its U.S. subsidiary with OneXia and launched a new integrated U.S. operation. The company is now accelerating efforts to strengthen its competitiveness in the North American robotics solutions market through facility expansion, increased production capacity and additional hiring.
