KB Securities announced on November 14 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with TipRanks, a global investment information platform provider, to establish a strategic partnership. The signing ceremony was held at KB Securities’ headquarters, attended by CEO Hong-Goo Lee and TipRanks CEO Uri Gruenbaum, along with other key executives from both companies.
TipRanks is a global fintech firm that supplies investment data to more than 100 financial institutions across the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and other markets. The company specializes in systematically analyzing and visualizing data from analysts, bloggers, and institutional investors. Through its own mobile app and website, TipRanks provides users with a wide range of analytics and market insights.
With this partnership, the two companies plan to strengthen their capabilities in delivering global investment information powered by AI and big data. KB Securities will gradually integrate TipRanks’ core services—including corporate analysis news, analyst reports, and stock scoring tools—into its mobile trading system “KB M-able” and its web trading system “M-able Wide.”
KB Securities stated that this collaboration marks the beginning of a broader strategy to expand partnerships with global financial data providers, build an AI-driven investment information ecosystem, and enhance support for overseas stock investors.
CEO Hong-Goo Lee emphasized the importance of reliable information in the fast-changing investment landscape, saying, “Accurate and transparent information is essential to earning customer trust. Through this partnership, we will help our clients access tailored insights comparable to those available to local investors in global markets.”
TipRanks CEO Uri Gruenbaum added, “Korea is a rapidly growing market for overseas stock investing. We are pleased to partner with KB Securities to provide Korean investors with access to global data and deeper market insights.”
