Röntgenpraxis Chemnitz adopts Coreline Soft’s AI lung cancer screening solution ‘AVIEW LCS Plus’

Following Klinikum Chemnitz, both public and private medical networks in Chemnitz now implement the same platform

Key Points

  • Public and private healthcare institutions in Chemnitz adopt the same AI screening platform
  • Unified systems are expected to improve collaboration and referral efficiency

Coreline Soft, an AI-specialized company led by CEO Kim Jin-guk, announced on the 19th that its AI-powered chest diagnosis platform AVIEW LCS Plus has been deployed at Röntgenpraxis Chemnitz, a leading radiology clinic in the state of Saxony, Germany.

This installation follows the October rollout at Klinikum Chemnitz GmbH, one of the region’s major public teaching hospitals. The consecutive adoption across both public and private radiology networks demonstrates that Coreline Soft’s AI lung-screening ecosystem is expanding throughout the local medical infrastructure.

Founded in 1990, Röntgenpraxis Chemnitz is one of Saxony’s representative radiology centers, providing diagnostic imaging services to regional residents for more than 30 years. The clinic handles a high volume of advanced CT and MRI image interpretations annually and has recently sought to strengthen proactive imaging capabilities for lung cancer and chronic lung diseases.

The adoption of AVIEW LCS Plus by both a public teaching hospital and a private radiology center within the same city is considered particularly meaningful. With major institutions in the region now using the same AI platform, healthcare providers can expect improved consistency in patient screening, standardized diagnostic criteria, and enhanced efficiency in inter-hospital collaboration and referral pathways — signaling the emergence of an AI-driven diagnostic ecosystem.

Coreline Soft is already accelerating its EU-wide market expansion through national-level medical infrastructure projects, including Germany’s HANSE Lung Cancer Screening Program, France’s IMPULSION initiative, and Italy’s RISP program, all based on CE-certified deployments. The recent launch of the integrated screening operations platform AVIEW HUB enables hospitals to manage not only AI image analysis but also workflow management, quality assurance, and cross-reading processes within a unified system. The company noted that it aims to evolve “from an AI company into a company that operates national screening programs through AI.”

Coreline Soft’s AI software has surpassed 2.5 million cumulative reads worldwide, driven by participation in government-led national screening initiatives. This milestone reflects how governments, healthcare institutions, and enterprises increasingly regard AI not merely as a diagnostic support tool but as a core medical infrastructure.

The company added, “Government-led lung cancer screening programs using AVIEW secure hundreds of thousands of stable annual reads per country and are typically executed through long-term contracts. As countries like Germany issue guidelines recommending AI as an essential component of screening, broader expansion across Europe is expected to increase market share.”
