SK AX has introduced “AXgenticWire NPO (New Paradigm for Operation),” an agentic AI-based infrastructure operations service designed to prevent system failures and improve enterprise IT resilience.

The company aims to reduce human error and proactively address potential system issues at a time when global studies estimate that downtime-related losses can reach tens of millions of dollars annually per company.

At the core of AXgenticWire NPO is an agentic AI architecture capable of detecting, analyzing, and resolving issues autonomously. As AI-driven cloud environments become more complex—particularly with GPU resource management and fluctuating workloads—the risk of operational errors has increased. SK AX said the platform integrates these processes into a unified system to mitigate such risks.

The solution is designed for broad industry application. In manufacturing, it can detect anomalies in equipment and processes in real time, helping minimize operational risks. In the financial sector, it supports uninterrupted digital transaction systems, while in the public sector, it enhances service stability and response capabilities.

Beyond automation, AXgenticWire NPO focuses on transforming traditional IT operations into an AI-driven model. Multiple AI agents collaborate across stages such as detection, analysis, impact assessment, and execution, using logs, metrics, and event data to manage systems more efficiently.

The platform also features a unified workspace that allows operators to monitor and control operations using natural language, improving usability. SK AX provides additional tools such as an AI Studio for building and managing agentic AI, and an MCP Builder to streamline integration with monitoring and operational systems. It also offers GPU-as-a-Service to optimize AI workload management.

Companies can adopt the solution in various formats depending on their needs, including on-premise deployment for high-security environments, business process outsourcing (BPO) for partial optimization, or full IT outsourcing (ITO) with integrated AI cloud infrastructure. SK AX also offers consulting services tailored to industry-specific operational patterns and regulatory requirements.

Cha Ji-won, Chief AI Innovation Officer at SK AX, said the system enables AI to take the lead in managing operations, significantly reducing risks associated with human error. He added that the platform could accelerate enterprise AI transformation while driving improvements in cost structures and operational processes.
