Abu Dhabi, October 28, 2025 — Hashgraph Ventures Manager Ltd. (HVM), a venture capital firm regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), has appointed Darrach (Dara) Campbell as Senior Executive Officer.
HVM, which holds a license to manage venture capital funds, recently launched the Hashgraph Ventures Fund I LP — a Qualified Investor Fund under the ADGM FSRA framework. The fund focuses on early-stage equity and token-based investments in companies building enterprise-grade infrastructure and products that harness deep technologies for the Web3 economy.
Campbell brings nearly two decades of experience in investment banking, family office management, venture capital, blockchain, and gaming. His appointment aligns with HVM’s strategy to drive innovation in deep tech and digital transformation across the MENA region and globally.

Before joining HVM, Campbell served as Head of Middle East at Varys Capital, where he led partnerships, strategy, and portfolio management. He also held leadership roles as Managing Director of EMG: Esports Management Group, a UAE-based gaming ecosystem company, and as Executive Director at Abdulla Al Gurg Global Investments (AGGI), where he oversaw investments across gaming, real estate, and alternative assets.
Campbell holds advanced certifications in international investments from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and a specialized degree in cryptocurrencies and trading from the Blockchain Council.
