London, Feb. 12, 2026 — Decentralised AI platform FLock.io has onboarded South Korea–based Web3 cybersecurity firm Anam145 as a validator on its network, extending a collaboration that previously supported a UNDP-linked digital payments initiative in Liberia.

FLock.io describes itself as a platform for the decentralised development of privacy-preserving AI, designed to enable data owners, compute providers and AI engineers to collaborate without exposing raw data. Its architecture is structured to align incentives among participants while maintaining data confidentiality. In January, the company also introduced “FOMO,” a platform that allows users to launch decentralised AI (DeAI) models and receive cryptocurrency-based rewards tied to model usage.

Validators play a key role in decentralised networks by verifying transactions and helping maintain system integrity. FLock.io said Anam145’s addition is intended to strengthen operational trust and security as the network expands across multiple blockchain environments.

The two organisations previously worked together on a blockchain-based payment workflow aimed at addressing delays in Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) disbursements for UN event participants in Liberia. The initiative replaced a cash-based, manually processed Excel system with a digital architecture designed to complete payments within 24 hours. The system was built to function across smartphones, feature phones and voucher-based mechanisms to accommodate regions with limited smartphone penetration.

Following Anam145’s onboarding as a validator, the companies said they plan to focus on addressing security challenges in multi-chain ecosystems, including research into how operational trust can be efficiently managed and verified across interconnected networks.

Anam145 was founded by Junghee Lee, a professor at Korea University School of Cybersecurity, and specialises in designing and implementing Web3 infrastructure grounded in cybersecurity technology.

Jiahao Sun, CEO of FLock.io, said the Liberia payments collaboration marked an initial step in a broader partnership. He added that Anam145’s validator role is expected to contribute to enhancing the resilience and security of FLock.io’s privacy-focused network infrastructure.
