Daewoong Pharmaceutical announced that it has successfully concluded its global academic program, “Nabota Master Class (NMC) Spring in Korea,” aimed at healthcare professionals worldwide.
The program was held from April 13 to 15 over three days and brought together 74 medical professionals from 13 countries, including Thailand, Brazil, and Chile. Sessions took place across multiple venues, including Mercure Seoul Magok, COEX Magok, Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, and Daewoong’s Hyangnam manufacturing plant.
The Nabota Master Class is designed as an educational platform to enhance clinical expertise and promote academic exchange in response to the rapidly growing global botulinum toxin market. This year’s program focused on the theme “Safety On, Beauty On,” emphasizing product safety and quality.
The first day featured theoretical lectures covering the latest treatment trends and safety considerations. Topics included global trends in botulinum toxin procedures, product diffusion and duration, and combination treatment strategies, supported by real clinical data. International experts also shared regional practices and case studies.
A key highlight of the program was the anatomy session. Participants engaged in cadaver-based training and face-painting exercises to better understand facial structures and injection points. These sessions were complemented by live demonstrations and hands-on training to improve procedural accuracy and safety.
In addition, practical training on Nabota’s signature techniques, “Nabota Lift” and “Nabota Glow,” received strong interest. Nabota Lift focuses on lifting and contouring through muscle-layer treatments, while Nabota Glow targets skin texture and tone improvement. Clinical applications and procedural insights were shared during the sessions.
Participants reported high satisfaction, noting that the program provided practical skills and knowledge directly applicable in clinical settings. The combination of live demonstrations and hands-on training was particularly well received.
The program also included a tour of Daewoong’s Hyangnam facility, where participants observed sterile manufacturing processes, automated systems, and logistics operations, offering insight into Nabota’s production and quality control capabilities.
Daewoong Pharmaceutical stated that the program was designed to allow global medical professionals to directly experience the product’s core value of safety. The company plans to continue expanding its academic initiatives to promote Nabota procedures and strengthen its competitiveness in the global market.
