* Automated ticket triaging, dispatch, and resolution
* 24/7 or tailored SLA-based coverage across time zones
* Real-time troubleshooting
* Proactive monitoring and automated fault resolution
Schwyz, Switzerland – 18 November 2025 – The Hashgraph Group (THG), a Switzerland-based Web3 technology engineering company operating within the Hedera ecosystem, today announced the launch of HashCare, a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) service desk designed to provide structured technical assistance for enterprises and developers building on Hedera.
HashCare uses Agentic AI to support automated ticket triaging, classification, dispatch, and resolution. The service includes 24/7 or SLA-based support across multiple time zones, real-time troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, and automated fault resolution. The platform is operated through THG’s new Global Capability Centre (GCC) and staffed by Hedera-Certified engineers.
Enterprises developing decentralized applications and on-chain services frequently encounter integration issues, smart contract bugs, interoperability challenges, and network-related disruptions. These incidents can interrupt operations and affect service delivery. HashCare is structured as a multi-tier support system to help manage these technical and operational issues for applications built on Hedera.
HashCare provides an ITIL-aligned managed service framework, enabling real-time incident handling and automated monitoring. Enterprises can select SLA coverage based on business requirements, ranging from standard business-hour availability to 24-hour support across global time zones.
Stefan Deiss, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Hashgraph Group, said:
“With HashCare, we are defining a structured way for enterprises and developers to interact with Hedera. The service provides a multi-tier framework that can address both basic technical questions and high-severity incidents.”
The integration of Agentic AI into HashCare enables faster issue resolution, improved first-contact response times, reduced IT workload, and more consistent knowledge delivery across interactions with the Hedera network. Routine tickets can be handled autonomously by the system, and ticket summaries and SLA reports are automatically generated.
THG stated that HashCare is intended to allow enterprises to focus on core operations and innovation while maintaining stable technical environments. Unlike many Layer 1 blockchain protocols that depend on volunteer or community-based support, HashCare offers structured assistance across multiple levels, from self-service resources (Level 0) to advanced engineering support (Level 4).
Steve Hartel, HashCare Service Director at The Hashgraph Group, said:
“When building business-critical applications on distributed systems, unexpected issues can occur. In those situations, organizations require more than a ticketing system; they need a technical partner who understands urgency. HashCare combines AI-based predictive tools with the judgment of Hedera-certified engineers.”
Drawing on THG’s experience in engineering enterprise-grade applications on Hedera, HashCare supports a range of technical and performance-related issues, including interoperability testing, system migrations, coding defects, and security vulnerabilities in smart contracts. HashCare operates on Jira and includes automatic ticket dispatching and continuous monitoring to help maintain business continuity for organizations using Hedera technology.
