KB Financial Group announced on November 14 that it supported the global expansion of promising Korean fintech companies by operating the “Korea Fintech Pavilion” and hosting the “2025 K-Fintech Singapore Demo Day” at the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, held from November 12.
The initiative was part of the “2025 Fintech Global Expansion Program,” hosted by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and organized by the Korea Fintech Support Center. The program aims to help Korean fintech firms expand overseas and attract global investment.
The Singapore FinTech Festival, organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), is the world’s largest fintech event, attracting 65,000 participants from 134 countries. KB Financial provided booth space in the Korea Fintech Pavilion for ten Korean companies, showcasing AI-driven technologies and global business models across key sectors:
– Financial data (LinkAlpha Korea, MoneyStation, SigPharma, NTalk, Team Limited)
– Digital assets (Hi-Kaive)
– Remittance and payments (MOIN, IOlorra)
– Authentication and security solutions (Aton, Tatum)
Their presentations and demonstrations drew strong interest from local investors and industry professionals.
On November 13, the “2025 K-Fintech Singapore Demo Day” featured company IR pitches, Q&A sessions, and networking. Representatives from the Financial Supervisory Service, the Korea Fintech Support Center, Korea Growth Investment Corporation, global venture capital firms, and financial institutions attended to explore collaboration and funding opportunities. Korea Growth Investment Corporation also plans to review potential follow-up investments in the participating companies.
A KB Financial Group representative said, “This event was a meaningful platform where government and industry worked together to promote the innovative technologies of Korean startups and growth-stage companies and build a foundation for global investment. KB Financial will continue to leverage its global network and capital market leadership to act as a growth ladder, helping Korean companies secure timely funding and enter new markets.”
