Dodge AI said on September 29, 2026, that it had raised $2.65 million in a round backed by Accel and Google’s AI Futures Fund. New Build Venture Capital, Antler, Schema Ventures and investors from the SAP ecosystem also participated. The San Francisco company is developing AI tools to investigate failures and manage changes in enterprise applications after they have been installed.

Systems such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics accumulate company-specific rules and modifications over years of use. When a process fails, IT teams may need to trace the cause through support tickets, software configurations and knowledge held by employees or consultants. Dodge AI says its platform connects those sources to identify likely causes, recommend fixes and document the rules behind each system.

“For a long time, the only way to maintain enterprise systems was to add more people,” said Rebhav Bharadwaj, Dodge AI’s co-founder and chief executive. He said the company aims to help enterprises resolve incidents faster and retain the knowledge gained from maintenance work for future system changes. The platform also supports applications including Kinaxis and Oracle JD Edwards, according to the company.

Dodge AI said it works with more than a dozen enterprises, about half of them publicly listed. In one case described by the company, its platform traced an incorrect warehouse document across SAP, Kinaxis and internal software and delivered a fix within minutes. In another, Dodge AI said it made a customer’s inventory-planning process 132 times faster and reduced order allocation time by eight hours. The customers were not named, and the results were not independently verified.

The company plans to use the operational rules it documents to help AI agents work within production systems. Prayank Swaroop, an investor at Accel, said understanding that context is necessary before agents can operate safely in enterprise applications.
