LG CNS is accelerating its global enterprise AI transformation (AX) strategy with the launch of a new artificial intelligence-powered solution designed to automate complex ERP system testing processes.
The company announced the release of its “Perfectwin ERP Edition,” an ERP test automation solution optimized for SAP systems and powered by agentic AI. The solution is designed to support companies migrating to SAP S/4HANA or implementing new ERP systems by identifying potential errors and system defects in advance, thereby improving operational stability and efficiency.
A key feature of the new platform is its ability to autonomously handle the entire testing lifecycle. Agentic AI automatically generates test scenarios, analyzes the causes of detected errors, and produces detailed test reports without requiring manual input from users.
ERP systems integrate core business functions such as finance, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and human resources. As a result, testing requirements are highly complex and extensive. Traditionally, business teams had to manually design test scenarios, a process that could take several days depending on system scale and complexity.
With LG CNS’s new solution, AI analyzes real operational data and business processes to automatically generate optimized test scenarios. The system independently determines what needs to be tested and constructs appropriate cases without requiring users to define test scope or instructions. This reduces scenario design time from days to just a few hours, while also improving coverage by identifying edge cases that human testers may overlook.
The automation extends beyond design to execution. During testing, the AI detects anomalies, identifies root causes of errors, and suggests corrective actions. This allows even non-expert users to validate ERP systems more efficiently while improving overall reliability and project completion quality.
In addition, the system automatically generates documentation and test reports, enabling more structured management of test results and supporting faster decision-making throughout ERP transformation projects.
LG CNS plans to evolve the solution into a fully autonomous testing platform. The company aims to build an “agent orchestration” framework within the year, enabling multiple AI agents to collaborate across the entire lifecycle—from scenario creation and execution to analysis, debugging, and validation.
The company is also actively expanding its global presence. LG CNS recently showcased the solution at major international events, including SAP Sapphire 2026 in Orlando, Florida, where it operated a dedicated booth and drew strong interest from global enterprise customers. The company has participated in the event for three consecutive years, strengthening its collaboration with SAP.
In Japan, LG CNS has also continued its expansion strategy by participating in Japan IT Week for three consecutive years and forming a reseller partnership with Hitachi Solutions Create (HSC), a Hitachi Group IT affiliate, to reinforce its local business foundation.
An executive from LG CNS’s Enterprise Solutions Division stated that the company plans to actively respond to growing global demand for SAP cloud ERP migration by leveraging its agentic AI-powered ERP testing solution. The company aims to further expand its global AX business and deliver differentiated AI-driven enterprise transformation services that enable customers to build intelligent work environments more efficiently.
