BLACK SWAN — When Time Becomes Art. Korea IT Times’ “Reverse Aging 2.0” explores the value of experience and learning as we age.
Models embarking on a new chapter in life created a shared rhythm across generations on an outdoor deck. Hosted recently in Seoul by Mediwellness Seoul, the wellness class brought together models in their 30s through their 70s for exercises aimed at improving hip function. A video captures the session under the theme “BLACK SWAN | When Time Becomes Art.”
In the video, participants extend their arms and raise one knee. They then lean forward and stretch a leg behind them, moving into a new position. The sequence involves supporting the body on one leg while adjusting the position of the arms and legs.
“Why do we view aging so negatively?” asks Yu Min-jeong, founder and CEO of Mediwellness Seoul. Her question invites attention to the experience and deeper self-understanding that come with age. The message is to see life as a continuing journey of learning, with failures and mistakes forming part of that process.
The class combines movement aimed at improving hip function with a broader focus on mental well-being. For models preparing for a new chapter, understanding their bodies and learning unfamiliar positions offer a practical way to pursue those goals. “When Time Becomes Art” offers a perspective on aging as a time for continued learning and new challenges.
