BlueVisor Systems has been selected as a supplier for South Korea’s 2026 AI Voucher Support Program and has begun recruiting demand-side organizations seeking to introduce AI-based hiring and workflow automation solutions.
The company announced on March 11 that it had been chosen as a supplier for the program overseen by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). Following the selection, BlueVisor Systems said it will support consortium formation with organizations pursuing AI transformation and digital workflow automation.
The 2026 AI Voucher Support Program is a government-led initiative designed to accelerate digital transformation by helping organizations adopt AI technologies. Under the program, eligible demand-side participants can receive vouchers worth up to KRW 200 million.
Eligible applicants include small and medium-sized enterprises, venture firms, mid-sized companies, medical institutions, and small business operators. The program is divided into four categories: general, AI semiconductor, small business, and global.
The project period runs for about seven months, from May to November 30, 2026. To participate, a demand-side company and a supplier company must form a consortium and submit a joint application.
Through the program, BlueVisor Systems plans to provide its AI-based multimodal interview solution, Highbuff Interview. According to the company, the platform integrates speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), natural language processing-based sentiment analysis, face detection, and video analysis functions during video interviews.
The company said the system analyzes an applicant’s video, voice, and response text in real time. It applies AI weighting across 29 evaluation criteria and automatically generates a composite score based on the analysis.
BlueVisor Systems said the solution is intended to support more standardized and data-based hiring assessments. The company also indicated that the voucher program could serve as an entry point for broader adoption of AI-driven workflow automation beyond recruitment.
According to the company, it plans to work with organizations seeking to apply AI solutions not only in HR functions but also in wider operational areas as part of their AI transformation efforts. The company said it would assist participating organizations in building and executing consortium-based projects under the program.
Hwang Yong-guk, CEO of BlueVisor Systems, said the initiative offers companies an opportunity to convert a range of digital tasks, including HR functions, into AI-based processes. He added that the company aims to support organizations seeking practical workflow innovation through AI adoption.
Companies interested in participating in the AI Voucher Support Program or forming a consortium with BlueVisor Systems can apply for consulting through the official Highbuff AI website, according to the company.
BlueVisor Systems develops a range of AI-based solutions, including the direct investment platform Highbuff, AI financial technology services, AI interview systems, and AI robotics-related solutions. The company said it has recorded achievements in programs including the financial regulator’s robo-advisor testbed, the New York Family Office Challenge, and the Oracle Innovation Challenge.
It also said it obtained GS Certification Grade 1 for its AI algorithms, which the company described as recognition of stability, reliability, and suitability. In addition, the company said it has previously been featured on Nasdaq-related television programming in New York.
BlueVisor Systems has been selected as a supplier for South Korea’s 2026 AI Voucher Support Program, overseen by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
